Its rooms were modern, the staff was very helpful, we had a pleasant stay of 4 or more nights. Without doubt the location was absolutely perfect near tram stop.

There were coffee and tea making facilities, a multi-channel TV, and a dining area, plus incredible city views. The location was perfect as I wanted so close to metro line which gave good access to Santa Cruz and La Laguna, and santa Cruz, Lo recomiendo. Staff were very friendly, had a really enjoyable stay of 4 or more nights;))

The apartment felt like home with a comfortable couch and chaise lounge. the kitchen was fully equipped and WiFi was fast. the owner implemented feedback from previous reviews, providing dish soap and laundry soap. the apartment had everything we needed and we wish we could have stayed longer. the check-in process was smooth and the hosts were helpful via WhatsApp.

we had a very pleasant stay in santa cruz de tenerife close to canary lofts of the situation as well as l1 tram linę. it was ideal and exceptionally nice close to the centre.

We especially enjoyed the amazing rooftop terrace with its breathtaking views of the city. the wifi worked well, and the host was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. the concept of the studio apartment was great for a longer stay, and the kitchen was fully equipped. the option to use the washing machine and dryer was convenient. the staff was kind and helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring Santa Cruz and taking day trips around the island. the nearby tramway provided easy transportation to the bus stations, city center, and various shops. we had a fantastic experience at Canary Lofts. I recently stayed at Canary Lofts for a few months and it was a fantastic experience. The apartments were not only comfortable, but also provided everything I needed for my stay, including mini cosmetics and a first aid kit. Despite the cool weather, the room was equipped with a conditioner that we used as a heater. Additionally, there were no bad smells mentioned in previous feedbacks, and I really appreciated the late check out offered by the administration. The location was perfect, with downtown Santa Cruz within walking distance and a tram station just 2 minutes away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing and drying machine with complimentary washing powder. it was a great and clean place with spacious accommodations and excellent catering facilities.

I had an amazing stay at these comfortable and well-equipped apartments. The value for money was great and the room itself was bright, clean, and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a peaceful residential area. The staff were friendly and Anacleys was especially helpful. The only thing that could have made my stay even better was a more diverse selection of food for breakfast.

Great view from the rooftop terrace and it was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. the studio apartment was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short walk to the city center and the beach.

The lack of communication and responsiveness from the hosts was extremely disappointing. We had issues with the cleanliness of the room and the hot water supply was insufficient for more than two people.

The room was not completely clean upon arrival, with stray hairs from previous guests still present. The hosts were unresponsive to calls and messages, which is unacceptable when accepting payment for accommodations.

Comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen were the best aspects of our stay. the free wifi was also a plus. the location was great, with easy access to a tram that took us to the center in just a few minutes. We also enjoyed the nice terrace with views towards the ocean.

Our bedding was not changed throughout our two-week stay. Although there was a free washing machine, tumble dryer, and detergent available, it would have been nice to have fresh bedding provided.
